• use the design for personal use (i.e. personal art, animations, or writing that is posted anywhere or kept private)
• use the design for commercial use WITH CREDIT THROUGH A LINK TO MY INKBLOT, KO-FI, AND/OR TOYHOU.SE (Contact me if crediting in printed media/credit roll; clarifying commercial use: commercial use would be in a video game, comic, cartoon, etc)❌ YOU CANNOT ❌
• repost the original art without credit
• use the art showing the design for commercial use (i.e. you CAN draw the character and print that art on stickers for sale, you CANNOT print the initial adoptable art on stickers for sale)
• use the character to promote or glorify hate speech/hateful acts against oppressed groups

• use art that I made for you as a banner, profile picture, an image in your character's toyhouse code or as the character's profile picture WITH CREDIT (for assistance with credit in code, DM me!)
• repost the art with credit by @'ing /pinging my account on the site OR linking back to me in some way

• repost WITHOUT credit
• use the art for commercial use
• use FREE art to bolster the cost of a character you are reselling (if you paid OR traded for the art, this doesn't bother me!)
